I first collected stock images that fit the NRG's brand guidelines and the copy provided. From there, utilizing adobe workfront, I send five images to be selected and approved by the project manager and lead graphic designer. Once approved the image is used in the rough draft of the design. At this point the select image is there 'for placement only' and if approved, the manager would buy the licensing of the image if it was not found in the DAM. Once the high resolution image is obtained I would replace the FPO image with the new one, refine the design based on review notes, and send it back for final review.
